Model Description:

The Sikorsky CH-37 Mojave (manufacturer designation: Sikorsky S-56) is a heavy transport helicopter of the U.S. Army from the 1950s. It is one of the last large helicopters to use piston engines, which are heavier and less powerful than the turbines found in more recent models. This partly explains its relatively short career: by the late 1960s, it was replaced by either the Sikorsky CH-54 or the Sikorsky CH-53 Sea Stallion, which featured more powerful turbines.
