Description

On July 18, 1942, the Me262 successfully completed its maiden flight. The Me262 is powered by two Yumer 004B jet engines, the installed type of which can reach a high speed of 870 km/h at an altitude of 6000 meters. The aircraft has a ceiling of 11,400 meters and a range of 1,050 kilometers.

The Me262A-1a/U5 is planned to be equipped with 6 MK108 guns, and only one prototype, numbered W.Nr.112355, has been modified as planned
