Description

The Hotchkiss H35 or light tank model 1935 H is a French light tank manufactured from 1935. Two other better-motorized versions were launched in 1938 and 1939: the Hotchkiss H38 and Hotchkiss H39. Entering service in 1936, it equipped some of the tanks of the French cavalry and infantry during the Battle of France. A certain number were captured by the Germans who in turn used them until the end of the Second World War.
