Description

The Caudron C.714 is a French fighter aircraft of the late 1930s. It is the most successful French expression of the search for a low-cost light fighter compatible with war production.

Its main qualities were very favorable aerodynamics which gave it high speed, despite a Renault engine of only 450 hp, modest fuel consumption, low weight and ease of construction.

This single-engine fighter is inspired by the competition planes made by Marcel Riffard.
