This unassembled plastic model kit in 1/72 scale replicates the Embraer EMB-110 Bandeirante, a Brazilian twin-turboprop light transport aircraft designed for both military and civilian use. Developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the EMB-110 Bandeirante is still operated today. As of 2020, there were over 30 Embraer EMB-110 aircraft in air-worthy condition.

The Embraer EMB-110 has been utilized for various roles, primarily as regional airlines, air taxis, or maritime patrol aircraft in the military sector.

The EMB-110P-1 variant, represented in this model kit, is a cargo passenger variant. It was produced for military use as the EMB 110P1K/110K. These variants are derived from the military EMB 110K1, which was produced for the Brazilian Air Force. They feature a rear cargo door, a stretched fuselage, engine improvements, and a ventral fin, distinguishing them from the previous EMB 110K series.
