HAWKER FURY MK I/II ( RAF, SOUTH AFRICA schemes)

Description

Fury fighter was built in 1931 by Hawker Aircraft ltd. Biplane type with mixed construction metal frame and linen wings tail and feathering. After successful testing, the fighter was adopted to armament of British Air Fleet. In 1935/1938 aircraft participated in fights against Italian fighters in Eastern Africa. During Spanish civil war period Fury were successfully used in military actions at the side of Republican Army. (Scale : 1/72e)
